Michael J. Plover
Michael has over 36 years experience in the area of GMP compliance with a career spanning 33 years for Wyeth and the past 3 years working with clients as an independent consultant.His primary focus is developing cost effective remediation plans for the dietary supplement and pharmaceutical industries to gain better GMP compliance in areas such as SOPs, supplier qualification, record keeping, deviation management, change control, and complaint handling. His many areas of expertise also include establishing compliance programs that are maintainable, compliance auditing, gap closure, training, documentation, regulatory inspection preparation and management, and responses to FDA 483s and Warning Letters.
A. Maria Plover
Maria has over 28 years experience, primarily in the specialty chemical industry in the areas of research, marketing, and procurement. She is responsible for all aspects of business development including new client identification, marketing, and project coordination.
Both Michael and Maria are ASQ Certified Quality Auditors.
